Benjamín Amenábar Figueroa has held several roles in various companies throughout their career. In 2011, they were a Coordinator at Fundación CasaBásica, where they were responsible for organizing and executing Colecta in the metropolitan region, as well as B2B fundraising projects. In 2012, they were a Practica Profesional at Viña Concha y Toro, where they supported Marketing activities and organized a Seven de Rugby. In 2013, they held a Part Time Sales Agent role at Topcar, where they created financial statements and managed projects, as well as sold vehicles on the field. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at LATAM Airlines, first as an Analista Senior Planificación Revenue Management, then as a Coordinador Revenue Management, and finally as a Líder Equipo Regional Revenue Management Sudamérica. In this role, they led a team of 3-4 analysts, achieved efficiencies and automations, and automated flight load analytics. From 2017 to 2019, they were at Falabella Retail S.A., first as a Project Manager, and then as VP Sales & Business Development - Gerente Comercial / South America and Central America. In 2019, they became the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Webdox CLM, where they led a team of AI development for natural language processing of contracts, developed algorithms for automatic metadata and attribute extraction from contracts, and created examples for AI model training based on contracts.
Benjamín Amenábar Figueroa attended Colegio Cordillera from 1995 to 2008 for their basic and secondary education. Benjamín then attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained an Ingeniería Comercial with a mention in Administración de Empresas. In 2013, they participated in an academic exchange program at HEC Montréal.
