About the position
We are looking for a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to strengthen our Senior Management team. Your job as Project Manager will be to directly lead projects and teams in Poland and abroad. You will be accountable for the overall project delivery, client satisfaction, and management of expectations while ensuring that the work is on spec, on time, and within budget.
Furthermore, as part of this role, you will provide leadership and direction to our team leaders and build a highly efficient delivery organization. You and your team will work on improving our project management processes and ensuring our best practices are implemented in all our projects. You will regularly inform Senior Management about the status of our clients and projects, and teams as well as about the opportunities to improve our processes. You will report to the VP of Digital Transformation and Innovation and support Account managers in our mission towards our clients.

General duties
Overall responsibility to allocate and manage resources for assigned projects to achieve the agreed scope, budget, resources, and timing.
Leading the project teams, managing conflict, and ensuring the teams’ processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
Resolving complex project-related issues, mitigating risks, and managing scope changes.
Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence.
Performing and supporting customer negotiations for delivery velocity.
Serving as a first escalation point for customer concerns if and when they arise.
Understanding the pipeline of demand and working with the account managers to ensure an appropriate supply of resources.
Ensuring that teams maintain a high level of competence and operational excellence.
Evaluating the performance of team members and determining training needs.
Working closely with the account managers during the delivery of technical and financial proposals by having a detailed understanding of the client’s business needs.
Providing weekly and monthly metrics to account managers.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in managing increasingly complex and large IT projects.
Experience in planning, team management, risk management, and change management.
Experience with SCRUM/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development projects required.
Budget management experience required.
Proficiency in project management software tools.
Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM...) required.
Competencies
Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus.
Critical thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities.
Contract negotiation.
Conflict resolution experience.
Highly adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
