Abhishek Balodi is an experienced Customer Success Manager, currently serving at WebEngage since September 2018, with a focus on the EMEA region following an internal transfer to the Dubai office. Abhishek has a proven track record of successfully onboarding and managing clients across various sectors, including BFSI, Enterprise, E-commerce, OTA, and OTT, enhancing customer lifetime value and promoting self-sufficiency through extensive training. Prior to WebEngage, Abhishek worked at RippleHire as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included onboarding high-value accounts, tracking customer performance metrics, and achieving high conversion rates from trials to annual subscriptions. Earlier experience includes an internship at Ashoka Buildcon Limited, where Abhishek developed an Android app aimed at improving road safety. Abhishek holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
