Gabriela Gutierrez

Gabriela Gutierrez, CCP, GRP, is an accomplished professional in the field of total rewards and compensation, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards and Senior Director of Global Compensation at Weber Inc. Gabriela has previously held the position of Director of Executive Compensation at Conagra Brands and served in various senior management roles focused on executive compensation and leadership rewards at Walgreens Boots Alliance and Walgreens. Earlier in their career, Gabriela worked at McDonald's Corporation in multiple capacities including Global Equity Compensation Manager and Global Executive Compensation Manager. Gabriela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has furthered education at the Instituto Tecnologico y De Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Mexico.
