Holly Kay

Holly Kay serves as the Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure at Weber Inc., overseeing IT operations, infrastructure technology, and enterprise security across 42 sites in the U.S. Prior to joining Weber in October 2016, Holly held various leadership roles at Hospira from May 2004 to September 2016, including Sr. Manager of Plant IT Operations, managing multiple plants and driving operational excellence through IT initiatives. Holly's career in IT also includes significant experience at Abbott Laboratories, where responsibilities included site IT management and systems analysis. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from The University of Akron and an Associate's degree in Computer Science from North Central State College.
