Joseph Ciway

Joseph Ciway, PMP, is an experienced professional in product management and program management with extensive expertise in connected technology and global product launches. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Weber LLC since November 2018, Joseph has successfully led strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaborations to deliver innovative product solutions. Previous roles include directing program management teams and managing the new product development of consumer appliances, both at Weber LLC and Life Fitness, where Joseph orchestrated large-scale commercial product projects and platformed product development. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership from DePaul University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College, along with completing a Professional Development Program in Product Development at the University of Illinois Chicago.
