Steve Dormanen

Steve Dormanen is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in supply chain finance and digital technology investment governance. Currently serving as Finance Director for Global Supply Chain & Operations at Weber Inc. since February 2020, Steve has previously held various senior finance roles at Mars and Wrigley, including overseeing digital transformation investments and managing trade analytics. With a strong background in financial reporting and cost management, Steve has developed expertise in production costs, trade promotions, and overhead analysis across multiple sectors. Steve holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
