Cheryl Swartz

Cheryl Swartz has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Cheryl started their career at Coldwell Banker Success Realty in 1998, working as a Leasing Agent & Receptionist in the Property Management Division. Cheryl then moved on to become a Commissions' Processor, Lead Commissions' Processor, and eventually an Accounting Services Manager at the Corporate Office. At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, they served as a Financial Analyst at both the AZ HQ and Regional HQ, where they were responsible for budget presentations, sales forecasts, and variance analysis. Cheryl also worked at the American Film Institute as a Production Coordinator and later as a Production Supervisor, where they streamlined processes and databases for project information flow. Currently, Cheryl holds various roles at Weber Metals, Inc., including Director of Product Management and previous positions in order fulfillment, supply chain, and production planning.

Cheryl Swartz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix in the years 2003 to 2005. Cheryl then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2007 to 2009.
