Jim Kravec

Jim Kravec has extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations in the manufacturing industry. Jim currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Weber Metals, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of Business Development at Weldaloy Specialty Forgings, where they managed the sales team, marketing department, and project management. Jim also worked at Siempelkamp, where they held various roles including Head of Operations/Service - Metal Forming Division North America, Global Sales Manager Ring Rolling, and Sales Manager North America. Additionally, they worked at SMS Meer Inc as the General Manager of Product Development and Senior Sales Engineer. Jim began their career at Girard Engineering, Inc as a Senior Sales Engineer and later served as Sales Manager. Jim's early experience includes working as a Controls Engineer at Luk, where they designed and programmed electrical control systems.

Jim Kravec attended Cleveland State University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
