Son-Nam Nguyen

Son-Nam Nguyen is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, materials engineering, and research. Currently serving as Quality Assurance Manager at Weber Metals, Inc. since August 2021, Son-Nam previously worked as a Quality Engineer III and held the position of Materials Engineer at Howmet Aerospace from January 2019 to August 2021, where projects involved manufacturing development and process improvements that significantly enhanced first pass yield. Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field.
