Jennifer Brooks Phr

Jennifer Brooks, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jennifer began their career in 2001 as a Human Resource Assistant at The Phoenix Company of Chicago. Jennifer then progressed to become a Human Resource Administrator before becoming a Human Resource Manager, overseeing all HR activities for the Illinois Division. In 2011, they joined The Phoenix Company of Chicago as a Corporate Human Resources Manager, overseeing HR functions across multiple states. Jennifer then moved on to Weber Packaging Solutions, Inc. in 2013, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources. In 2019, they were promoted to Corporate Director of Human Resources, responsible for creating a cross-functional and global HR team. Throughout their career, Jennifer has focused on legal and regulatory compliance, policy development and implementation, employee relations, and organizational planning and development.

Jennifer Brooks, PHR, SHRM-CP has a BA degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Benedictine University. Jennifer also holds a Professional in Human Resources Certification (PHR) from The HR Certification Institute.
