Weber School District
Ray Franklin has extensive experience in education and business ownership. As the owner of Timeless Fitness since March 2012, Ray has combined a passion for fitness with entrepreneurship. Concurrently, Ray has been a teacher with Weber School District since January 2012, imparting knowledge to students. In addition, Ray has owned AC Team Team Clean since January 2008, specializing in carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile and grout, and natural stone restoration for various clients. Prior to these roles, Ray served as athletic director and teacher at St. Joseph Catholic High School from September 1995 to June 2006, overseeing athletic programs and coaching track and volleyball, while also teaching health, weight training, and physical education. Ray earned a B.S. in Physical Education and Business from Weber State University between 1977 and 1982.

Weber School District
Weber School District is located 40 minutes north of Salt Lake City, Utah shadowed by the majestic and beautiful Wasatch Front mountain range. They encompass all of Weber County with the exception of Ogden City. Campuses house four high schools, nine junior high schools and 29 elementary schools as well as special needs and alternative programs. Most students reside in suburban areas although many areas of the district would still be classified as rural. With over 30,000 students Weber School District is the 5th largest in Utah.
