Brian Williams has extensive experience in the fields of client experience, advertising, public relations, and brand development. Brian currently holds the position of Head of Client Experience, NA at Weber Shandwick, where they are responsible for driving growth through constant innovation of the North America CX team and service model. Prior to this, Brian served as the EVP/3PM Agency Lead at Weber Shandwick, leading the bespoke team for AB InBev and Anheuser-Busch. During their time at Grey Group, Brian worked as an SVP, guiding the integration of activation, experiential, content, and earned media strategy within the creative process for GREY clients. Brian also held multiple roles at MSLGROUP, including SVP, Director of Business Development and Brand Relationships, and SVP, Deputy Practice Director. Brian's career began at Deutsch Inc., where they served as the VP of MWW@Deutsch, leading the integration of earned media in all work and overseeing campaigns for brands such as Under Armour and Sony Playstation. Brian also held the position of Group VP at MWW Group, managing lifestyle media relations and events for automotive and consumer technology brands. Throughout their career, Brian has worked with notable clients such as Bud Light, Stella Artois, Marriott, Canon, General Motors, Rolls Royce, Tiffany & Co., Under Armour, and Volkswagen of America.

Brian Williams attended Fairfield University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications.
