Damien Crowley

Damien Crowley has a diverse and extensive background in finance and management. Damien is currently serving as the Finance Director at Weber Shandwick and Jack Morton Australia, both roles starting in 2022. Prior to this, Damien worked at IPG DXTRA from 2018 to 2022, first as the Finance Director APAC and later as the Group Finance/Commercial Manager. In 2017, they were the Commercial Director at Ikon Communications, where they focused on delivering insights to the business and was responsible for client contract negotiations and pricing. From 2015 to 2017, Damien held the position of Financial Controller at OMD Australia, where they managed budgeting and close offs and collaborated with the business on process improvements. Before that, they worked at Kantar Millward Brown from 2007 to 2015, initially as the Regional Manager Revenue and Management Accounting APAC, ME and later as the Regional Finance Manager APAC, ME, Africa. Damien began their career as an Accountant at UGL Limited from 2004 to 2007.

Damien Crowley's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Deakin University. Damien also has a background in Accounting and Finance from Munster Technological University. Damien has also received a certification from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
