Gavin Sutton

Gavin Sutton has a diverse work experience in various leadership and learning roles. Gavin is currently the Vice President of Learning and Development, EMEA at Weber Shandwick. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Learning and Development at Ogilvy UK, where they developed a learning strategy and embedded a learning culture within the organization. Gavin also implemented a new Learning Management System during their tenure. Before joining Ogilvy UK, Gavin worked at Tesco for over 8 years, holding various positions such as Learning and Development Manager for Tesco Online and Lead and Line Manager across the retail business. In these roles, they developed, coached, and mentored talent across different departments and managed teams ranging from 4 to 100 colleagues.

Gavin Sutton obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Commerce, General from the University of Stirling. Gavin attended the university from 2005 to 2009.
