Greg Prager has an extensive work experience in the field of strategic communications and public affairs. Greg started their career at Philip Morris USA in 1996, where they held various positions in corporate affairs until 2001.

Prager then joined Philip Morris International in 2001, where they served as Director of External Communications, overseeing global external communications activities and acting as the principal spokesperson for the company. Greg later took on the role of Director of Government Affairs, Stakeholder Relations, responsible for developing strategies to engage with various stakeholder groups and address issues surrounding the company and its products.

In 2010, Prager founded their own consulting firm, prgr strategies llc, which provided strategic communications and public affairs services to multinational companies. Here, they specialized in areas such as media relations, reputation management, crisis and issues management, and digital communications.

In 2011, Prager joined Weber Shandwick as a Senior Vice President in International Corporate Communications. Greg eventually rose to the position of Executive Vice President, overseeing the firm's global key clients and providing communications counsel to senior client leadership. Prager also served as Chair, EMEA Corporate Practice, driving the development of the firm's corporate communications offering in the EMEA region. In 2016, they were appointed as the Managing Director of Weber Shandwick Switzerland.

Greg Prager attended Rutgers University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Political Science.
