Rachael Pay

Rachael Pay is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Managing Director at Weber Shandwick since January 2024. Previously, Rachael held the title of President at Euro RSCG Life from March 1994 to January 2006, during which time Rachael also worked as Managing Director of Euro RSCG Life Public Relations in New York from 2000 to 2006, and at Biss Lancaster Euro RSCG in London from 1994 to 2000. Rachael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 1986 and 1990.
