Tania Arrayales

Tania Arrayales has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tania is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Operations & Growth at Weber Shandwick since July 2022. Prior to this, from July 2021 to July 2022, they worked as the Director of Business Operations at A/B Partners. Tania has also gained experience as a Strategy Consultant, working freelance from January 2020 until an unspecified date in 2021. During this time, they provided various organizations with services such as brand strategy, website design, and digital strategy.

Before their freelance work, Tania served as the Chief of Staff for Suraj Patel's US Congress campaign from January 2018 to July 2020. Tania'searlier experiences include working as a Digital Account Manager at Applift from April 2013 to April 2014 and as a Digital Marketing Director at Owntown from August 2012 to August 2013. Tania began their career at the Grand Hyatt San Francisco as a Group Sales Manager from January 2007 to May 2010.

Tania Arrayales holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Hospitality and Tourism from San Diego State University. Tania also obtained a Master's degree in Digital Marketing from Hult International Business School. In 2017 to 2018, they attended Columbia University and studied Sustainable Development. Furthermore, Tania has additional certifications in Google Analytics, Negotiations Skills, Prospecting Skills, and Professional Selling.
