Hooman Behnia

Hooman Behnia has a diverse work experience in various roles within the technology sector. Hooman started their career in 2008 as a Coldfusion Web Developer at Hemming Group, where they worked on the development and implementation of websites such as The Retail Directory and LocalGov.co.uk. In 2009, they joined Autotrade-mail Ltd / Auto Trader Group PLC as a Web Application Developer. In this role, they were responsible for the full development cycle of new business features and initiatives, release and testing of new code, maintenance and further development of the admin legacy system, and mentoring junior team members. Hooman gained expertise in technologies like Coldfusion, MS SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JS, and web services consumption. Hooman also worked on projects such as creating an automatic invoicing system, building an online auction system, refactoring code for performance improvements, and creating data warehousing jobs. In 2016, Hooman joined WebEvents Global as a Senior Developer and Project Lead.

Hooman Behnia has a strong educational background in the field of science and technology. Hooman pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Imperial College London, where they studied from 1995 to 1998. Later, they attended King's College London from 2000 to 2001 to obtain their Master of Science degree in Advanced Computer Science.
