Richard Scaife

Richard Scaife is an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a diverse background in software testing and project development. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Manager at Webexpenses since November 2024, Richard previously held roles including Software Quality Manager and Software QA Team Lead at Refeyn, and Senior Software Test Engineer at Mirada Medical, contributing throughout the software development life-cycle. Richard's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Test Engineer at LGC, Test Lead at the Home Office, and Test Manager at SunGard, where leadership in testing automation and team management was demonstrated. Richard began the career as a Software Engineer at Oxford Magnets and gained hands-on experience during industrial placements at Queensgate Instruments Ltd and Daresbury Laboratory. Richard holds a BSc. Honors Degree in Applied Physics from Brunel University of London, complemented by additional training in Quality Assurance.
