We’re looking for a Senior Product Community Educator to join our Community team to level-up our community programming to reach an increasingly technical audience. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in the end-to-end execution of campaigns and programs focused on educating & activating the broader community within Webflow.

You’ll work closely with the Education, Community and PMM team to design, manage, and scale educational content to fit various audiences with varying levels of technical background and serve as a front-facing personality that engages regularly with the members of the global community. You will be part of the Webflow Community team, the force that drives the community perspective into Webflow’s incredible product-led growth engine.

The Community team is growing quickly and we’re looking for a passionate and empathetic self-starter to help scale our community education to the next level. While this individual contributor role is open to remote candidates, maximum overlap with the Pacific Time Zone is highly preferred.

About the role

• Location: San Francisco HQ or US Remote
• Full-time / part-time

As a Senior Product Community Educator you’ll:

• Drive adoption across our no code and low code communities. You’ll be a voice between the technical and non-technical, creating content that empowers designers to build and educate developers on how to do more, faster. You’ll be responsible for interacting with our global community partners to curate content that broadens the scope of audiences we impact and share your insights to third-party education partners around the globe.
• Curate, manage, and grow Webflow’s community-driven teaching. You’ll work directly with our Video team, Docs team, Education Design team, and PMM team to identify, share, and expand the very best teaching in the Webflow community. You’ll build out and manage live & recorded programs that connect Webflow’s users with an extensive library of resources that help them learn and use Webflow. And you’ll drive the research, analytics, strategy, and planning for each aspect of the programs you oversee.
• Teach web design, web development, and other no-code tools on-screen. You’ll work closely with our best-in-class Video team to produce and teach some of the most compelling design and development teaching out there. You’ll create scripts, collaborate throughout the Education org, and teach on-screen. As it comes up, this can include teaching through livestreams, on podcasts, at events, or even to large numbers of users at once via low-frequency telepath.
• Empower your teammates by developing and operational workflows that scale. The Education & Community team has amassed hundreds of thousands of views across various channels like livestreams, Webflow University, and meetups. In this role, you’ll collaborate with the education and various stakeholders to develop scalable strategies to optimize existing educational programming to make room for experiments with new initiatives.

Push the boundaries of what’s possible with education. This team enjoys a ton of experimental freedom, so we’re always looking for ways to do better, even if they’re not yet 100% proven. If it gets our users excited about learning, we’re probably going to do whatever it takes to at least try it out. We love connecting with our community, helping others connect with each other, in-person community gatherings, virtual community gatherings, and supporting community members as they grow in their careers. Oh, and about a billion other things that won’t fit in this paragraph.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Community Educator if you:

• Have significant experience participating in and contributing to no-code communities
• Have a deep understanding of Webflow or similar design and development tools
• Have professional experience in curriculum or lesson development
• Have experience building automated workflow management systems
• Can expertly manage multiple projects at the same time
• Can teach complex topics in engaging ways
• Have a superb sense of storytelling and rhythm
• Share our passion for education, technology, and a moderate tolerance for puns in the workplace
