Dave Steer

Dave Steer currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Webflow and is a member of Peak Community, a prestigious network for marketing leaders. Previously, Dave held the position of Vice President of Brand and Product Marketing at GitLab, where responsibilities included strategic messaging for an AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Prior to that, Dave worked at Mezmo as Vice President of Marketing, leading efforts to reposition the product for enterprise markets, and at Cloudflare as Head Of Product Marketing, transforming the product marketing function during a critical growth phase. Dave's experience also includes roles at Twitter, Mozilla, Facebook, Common Sense Media, and GreatSchools.org, focusing on marketing strategy, consumer advocacy, and communication efforts. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
