Elise Goodreault

Elise Goodreault has an extensive background in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager at Webflow since February 2022, where responsibilities include building and implementing strategic learning interventions and collaborating with colleagues to enhance skill development across the organization. Prior to Webflow, Elise worked at The University of British Columbia from 2016 to 2022, holding various roles including Manager of Student Engagement, where programming focused on leadership and community-building initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at Fraser International College, where management of student services for international students took place, and at UBC, where coordination of student programs and residence life was performed. Elise holds a Master's Degree in Communication & Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from The University of British Columbia, complemented by an International Exchange Program at Sciences Po.
