Dmitri Ershov

Dmitri Ershov has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Dmitri started their career at Arbella Insurance Group in 2004 as a Sr. Business Analyst / Project Manager. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at Clarus Capital as a Managing Director and Co-Founder. In 2015, they joined SkySail Investment Management as a Managing Director / Equity Partner until 2018. Currently, they are working as the Chief Operating Officer at Webgears Inc., a deep tech software start-up building a cutting-edge 3D engine for cross-platform web solutions. In this role, they lead a team that has grown from 18 to 55 members and has achieved profitability. Dmitri is responsible for strategic and organizational planning, as well as developing and executing business cases for new product development.

Dmitri Ershov's education history includes attending Boston University, where they studied Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Dmitri also attended the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, focusing on Venture Capital and Private Equity. Additionally, Dmitri studied Economics & Political Science at Foothill College. In terms of certifications, they obtained an OKR Certification in Leadership and Goal Setting from Coursera in January 2023.
