Sara Olsson has had extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Sara is currently working as the Chief People & Transformation Officer at Webhallen Sverige AB since May 2022. Prior to this, Sara served as the Styrelseordförande (Chairman of the Board) at Storholmens tomäterförening (STÄF) from April 2021 to June 2022. Sara also worked as a Founding Partner at Verum Management AB, a company specializing in leadership enhancement, change management, and organizational management. Sara held this role from February 2015 to June 2022.

Sara Olsson attended Lund University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Socionom. Their field of study was Socionom (Social Work) at the Socialhögskolan, University of Lund, where they completed 140 credits.

In terms of additional certifications, Sara Olsson received the ECR 360 certification from RocheMartin Scandinavia in March 2016. Sara also obtained the Hogan Assessment System (HAS) certification from Assessio in May 2014. Prior to these, in September 2008, they achieved the Radical Collaboration (RC) certification from The Human Element Sweden AB.
