Alexey Mazhuga

Alexey Mazhuga has a wealth of experience in the IT, SaaS, and logistics industries. Alexey has held various positions in the past, including CCO, COO, Chief Operating Officer for Production, Director of Business Development, Director of Transport and Logistics, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Head of the Construction Department.

In 2021, they were CCO and COO at WEBINAR GROUP, where they were responsible for forming plans, synchronizing sprints, setting goals and control, recruitment and management of enterprise project teams, and implementation of the principles of lean manufacturing.

From 2011 to 2021, they were CCO at Spin Music Service LLC, where they created from scratch and brought to the TOP-3 of the event industry of the Russian Federation a business unit with a new product - sales and rental services of stage equipment.

In 2010, they were Director of Business Development at Sport-Partner, where they developed and implemented business processes in the sales, marketing, logistics, and service teams, allowing for the solving of client problems and increasing the metrics Active Users +32%, AOV +56%, GMV +104%, Margin +47%, POI +38%, OTD +17%, ROMI +12%.

From 2008 to 2010, they were Director of Transport and Logistics at D&L-GROUP, where they opened a holding business unit from scratch in Moscow and brought the division to break-even point in the first year.

From 2003 to 2008, they were Chief Executive Officer and Chief Commercial Officer at Continent-Stroy. As CEO, they created from scratch and organized the work of a unit in Moscow for the import/export of building materials in the Russian Federation and the CIS. As CCO, they built a system of business processes, formed and implemented a strategy for product development and category sales development, introduced work with an assortment matrix on a regular basis, and brought the company to TOP-1 (GMV + 341%, AOV + 52%, Retention + 44%, ROI +24%, ROMI +22%). Alexey also managed the commercial department of the entire company in the areas of doors, plumbing and tiles, flooring, construction, decor, and furniture. Additionally, they were Head of the Construction Department, where they created a full-fledged department of the construction direction according to JTBD, CJM and managed purchases and sales of building and finishing materials.

Alexey Mazhuga's education history includes obtaining a Diploma with honors and a silver medal from the MOPO RF "Special Physics and Mathematics School" from 1989 to 1998. Alexey then went on to obtain a Programmer Diploma from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation "Educational and Vocational Guidance Computer Center" from 1995 to 1998. After that, they earned an Honors Degree in Thermal Power Engineering from Komsomolsk-on-Amur State Technical University (KnASTU) from 1998 to 2003. In 2022, they obtained a Certificate in Fundamentals of Programming and Databases from Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Lastly, they obtained a Product Manager Senior from ProductStar in 2022.
