George Frangakis

George Frangakis has a strong background in marketing, advertising, and management roles. Starting in 2007, they worked as the Managing Director for Flavor, a consulting, marketing, and entertainment company. In 2008, they became the Head of Marketing & Business Development at MTV Greece. From 2007 to 2012, they also served as the Managing Director for Jnl+ I.N.Leoussis Advertising, where they set up a 3D company for advertising purposes. In 2005, George was the Marketing Director & Business Development for EUROPEAN MUSIC DAY GREECE.

Moving forward, they joined ForestView in 2011 as the Managing Director. ForestView is the Performance Marketing Company of the Think Digital Group and operates campaigns in over 25 countries. George held the position until 2016 and additionally served as the Country Manager from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, George worked as the Managing Director Advertising for TDG (ThinkDigital Group), a leading digital media and marketing group. Their role involved working with advertisers and publishers across the CEE and MENA regions.

George then became the Chief Operating - Revenue Officer at BestPrice.gr from 2018 to 2019. Following that, they served as the VP of Operations at Exit Bee, an Ad Tech Media Network focused on user intent and exit behavioral advertising, from 2019 to 2021. Currently, George holds the position of Managing Director at Webjar, where they oversee Integrated Marketing Services with a focus on tech innovation and creativity.

George Frangakis has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Hellenic American Educational Foundation Athens College - Psychico College, where they focused on Economics. George then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Politics at Aberystwyth University from 1992 to 1995. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Sussex from 1995 to 1996, obtaining a Master of Arts in European Studies. Afterwards, in 1997 and 1998, George attended the Université libre de Bruxelles, specializing in French Language. In 2003, they participated in Seminars at DDB University, Chicago, with a particular emphasis on International Accounts.
