Deanna Hughes serves as the Senior Vice President of Customer Operations at WebMD Ignite since July 2021, overseeing all customer-facing functions, including Commercial Operations and Customer Experience, with a focus on quality and partnership building. Previously, as Managing Director of Salesforce Client Services Practice at Silverline, Deanna built a high-performing client success framework, significantly increasing revenue and driving exceptional client satisfaction. With extensive experience in project management and business development across various organizations, including NimbleUser and Breathe Yoga Studios, Deanna has led numerous successful software implementations and operational improvements. Deanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Medaille University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Monroe Community College.
