Vinika Garg

Vinika Garg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and user experience design. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Webomaze Pty Ltd since March 2020, Vinika is responsible for developing internal structures and processes that drive organizational success while overseeing strategic initiatives. Previously, Vinika was a UX Designer at Vinnies WA, completing a project to enhance the customer support process for the Call Centre Service. As a Co-Founder and COO of Webomaze Technologies Private Limited from 2015 to 2019, Vinika managed operations, led teams, and worked closely with the CEO to achieve business objectives. Vinika's career began as a Technical Writer at vhite systems, where documentation for software applications was developed. Educational qualifications include an MTech in Computer Science from Punjabi University and a BTech in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, along with a specialization in Oracle Database Administration from Stellar Edge Solutions.
