Charla Smith

Charla Smith (Wolfe) currently serves as an Implementation and Training Consultant at WebOps, LLC since July 2023, while also contributing as a member of the Board of Directors for the NATIONAL CHARITY LEAGUE INC CROSSROADS CHAPTER since June 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Stryker from 2010 to December 2022, where roles encompassed Senior Business Systems Lead, overseeing the creation of training platforms and collaboration with business leaders on effective systems and applications, and US Field Quality Manager, responsible for guiding asset management initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. Additionally, Charla held the position of Operations Lead Inventory / Customer Service at Premier Designs from 2014 to 2019 and has achieved degrees in Associates of Science, Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Indiana Wesleyan University and in Kingdom Coaching, Life Coach from Consumed Coaching, LLC.
