As the Founder, Chief Architect, and Managing Director of WebShar, LLC since January 2009, Ritu Raj Tiwari transformed the startup into an Agile-driven consulting firm, guiding clients in software strategy and development. With a strong background in overseeing technology operations at Surgent Networks and providing strategic insight as Technology Advisor and former Chief Architect at Health Fidelity, Ritu Raj Tiwari has consistently contributed to the development of advanced clinical data platforms. Prior experience includes leading cloud-based security services at UPEK, Inc., and designing VoiceXML-based IVR platforms at Nuance Communications. Ritu Raj Tiwari holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Oregon Health & Science University.
