Sanford (Sandy) Simon has spent over 30 years in corporate compliance, specifically in the federal and state environmental, regulatory, and legislative areas for companies that manufacture pesticide, fertilizer, growing media, grass seed and organic-input fertilizer and other agricultural use chemical.
