The Human Resources and Administration team at Webster Central School District is responsible for managing the recruitment, hiring, and retention of staff, as well as overseeing employee benefits and compliance with labor laws. This team supports the district's mission by fostering a positive work environment, ensuring that all personnel policies and procedures are effectively implemented, and coordinating programs to attract and support substitute teachers and other educational staff.
