Deb Anderson

Deb Anderson is the current Vice President of Technology & Innovation at Webster Industries. Deb has been with Webster for 7 years and 8 months, starting as the Director of Information Technology before being promoted to their current role.

Prior to joining Webster, Deb was an IT Consultant and Owner of Executive Computing. In this role, they implemented ERP software solutions and other business applications, provided consulting services to improve profitability and productivity, and planned and implemented IT projects for businesses. Deb was also responsible for managing project teams and monitoring project status to keep projects on schedule. Deb worked with all levels from executives to entry level employees to ensure the success of IT projects.

Before their time as a consultant, Deb was the IT Director at Mid States Container. In this role, they were responsible for all IT related functions and performed cost / benefit analysis for new projects. Deb also managed office staff in three locations, including all IT, finance, costing, and sales employees. Deb produced project status reports, managed project teams, and resolved day-to-day issues. Additionally, they implemented the software development life cycle policies and procedures.

Deb Anderson has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from The Ohio State University which they obtained in 1987. Prior to that, they studied Management Information Systems, General at the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1983 to 1985.
