Deborah Regnaud

Deborah Regnaud, Ph.D., SPHR, SCP, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Unleashing Potential, where focus is on early childhood education and family engagement. As an Adjunct Professor at both ECPI University and Webster University, Deborah teaches courses in human resources, organizational behavior, and leadership. Previously, Deborah held key HR leadership roles at Epworth Children & Family Services, idX Corporation, Gateway Region YMCA, and Carboline Company, overseeing numerous HR functions and contributing to strategic leadership teams. Deborah holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University, an MBA from Lindenwood University, and a BS in Business Administration from Lindenwood University.
