Alison Tainter has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Alison began their career as an Account Manager at ARC Greenwich, where they worked for seven years, managing a team and developing partnerships with local businesses. Alison then joined Advantage Human Resourcing as a Recruiting Manager and later became the Manager of Client Services, leading a team responsible for the operation of a $4M profit center. At the same company, they also served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Recruiter, redesigning and implementing a firm-wide performance management process.

Moving on to Boehringer Ingelheim, Alison held various HR positions, including HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, and Associate Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they provided strategic HR support to different functions and divisions, facilitated global talent management processes, and partnered with business leaders to align HR and business strategies.

Following their time at Boehringer Ingelheim, Alison worked at Timex Group as the Head of Global Talent Management and later as the Director of Human Resources. During their tenure, they played a crucial role in global HR transformation, aligned talent with business strategy, and designed corporate learning strategies and programs.

Currently, Alison is employed at Webster Bank, where they have held several senior management roles, including Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Senior Managing Director of Learning and Talent Management.
