Andrew Muro

Andrew Muro is an accomplished Executive Managing Director at Webster Bank, leading the Enterprise Financial Crimes Team, which encompasses the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti Money Laundering (AML) programs, and Fraud Prevention and Investigation efforts. Muro has held various leadership roles at Webster Bank, including the Senior Managing Director of Enterprise Financial Crimes and the Director of the Financial Intelligence Unit and Corporate Security. Prior to joining Webster Bank, Muro served with the New Haven Police Department where responsibilities included roles as Detective Division Commander and various levels of police officer. Additionally, Muro contributed to federal law enforcement as the Group Supervisor on an Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force for the FBI and DEA. Educationally, Muro holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Southern Connecticut State University.
