Andrew Shuster

Andrew Shuster has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew began their career at Bear Stearns Inc., where they worked as a Credit Analyst in the Institutional Credit Department from 1985 to 1987. Following this, they joined Drexel Burnham and Lambert, Inc., where they served as an Assistant Vice President in the Institutional Credit Department. At Drexel, they evaluated credit, set credit limits, and oversaw the surveillance and workout of exposure to the Texas thrift crisis.

In 1990, Andrew joined Citicorp Venture Capital Corp. as a Consultant on the Leveraged Investment Team. After a year and a half, they moved to Barclays Capital Inc. in 1992, working as a Director in the Asset Securitization Group. Andrew focused on securitized financing and auto ABS origination for the EMEA region. Andrew remained with Barclays Bank PLC until 2015.

In 2016, Andrew joined Global Access CSG as a Senior Advisor and later became the Managing Director and Head of Capital Markets. Andrew held this role until August 2018. From September 2018 to January 2021, Andrew worked at Sterling National Bank as the Managing Director and Head of Lender Finance, responsible for originating, executing, and managing lender finance transactions.

Most recently, Andrew Shuster joined Webster Bank in February 2022 as the Managing Director and Head of Lender Finance. Andrew'srole involves originating, executing, and managing lender finance transactions focused on non-bank financial institutions.

Throughout their career, Andrew Shuster has gained extensive experience in various aspects of finance, including lender finance, capital markets, securitized financing, credit analysis, and leveraged investment.

Andrew Shuster earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Consumer Economics from Cornell University from 1981 to 1985. Andrew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from NYU Stern School of Business from 1990 to 1992.
