David Bond

David Bond has extensive experience in both financial and public safety sectors. Since July 2015, David has served as Managing Director and Corporate Security Safety Manager at Webster Bank, where responsibilities include BSA/AML Investigations. Prior to this role, David worked for the Portland Police Department from July 1994 to July 2015 as a Patrolman, and also held the position of Deputy Fire Marshal for the Town of Portland, CT, from 2014 to June 2015, focusing on incendiary fire investigations. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a Concentration in Criminal Justice from Central Connecticut State University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
