Jennifer Holbus

Jennifer Holbus, MBA, MBB, Prosci CCMP, serves as Managing Director of Information & Cybersecurity Risk Management at Webster Bank since May 2023, where responsibilities include advancing the organization's Risk Management framework through the implementation of Governance, Risk, and Compliance systems. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at CEO Initiatives LLC from 2015 to 2023, focusing on financial systems design and process improvement, as well as serving as an Oracle ERP Design Consultant and Lean Six Sigma Training Provider. Jennifer also has extensive experience at GE Power and GE Capital from 2003 to 2015, taking on roles such as Director of Finance Program Management and Functional Business Analyst. Early career experience includes positions at Diageo and Seagram Company Ltd, with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and business intelligence. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from the University of Miami and a BSc in Accounting & Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
