Marissa Weidner

Marissa Weidner is the current Chief Corporate Responsibility Officer at Webster Bank. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling National Bank from November 2015 to February 2022. In this role, they drove transformation through strategic thought leadership, advanced talent management, and leadership capabilities. Prior to their role at Sterling National Bank, they served as President of the Westchester County Association from July 2011 to September 2015, where they were responsible for developing and executing real estate marketing programs, developing cost/benefit analysis, and defining the real estate marketing strategy of the organization. Marissa also served as Vice President of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation from September 2005 to July 2011 and as Manager of Marketing and Events at Albert B. Ashforth, Inc. from December 2000 to September 2005.

Marissa Weidner has a Master's degree in Human Resource Management & Organizational Effectiveness from Manhattanville College School of Professional Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Business; Marketing from Fordham University, and an Associate's degree in Office Administration from The College of Westchester.
