Nandini Agarwal is a seasoned compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as the Director of Compliance Advisory & Governance at Webster Bank since February 2022, Nandini previously held similar leadership positions at Sterling National Bank and Capital One, focusing on compliance risk and governance. With a strong background in compliance assurance, Nandini has led teams in executing risk-based compliance testing and has worked extensively on establishing robust compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Nandini’s earlier roles include positions at Citi and Citibank India, where foundational skills in compliance and risk management were developed. Nandini holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Mumbai and a BA in Mathematics Honors from Delhi University.
