Kris Encino

Kris Encino has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. They began their career in 1993 at USAA as an Insurance Specialist, providing customer service and demonstrating knowledge of property and casualty contracts. They advanced within the company, eventually becoming a Human Resources Representative, where they administered benefits training and reconciled COBRA accounts. Kris then transitioned to the role of Senior Human Resources Representative, where they handled escalated investigations and mentored new HR Representatives. In 2002, they took on the position of a Wellness Program Coordinator before joining Benefit Planners/Fiserv in 2004 as a Billing and Eligibility Manager. Kris joined WebTPA in 2006, initially serving as a Claims and Customer Service Manager before progressing to an Account Executive role. Currently, they hold the position of Compliance Manager and will soon assume the role of Sr. Manager, Compliance in 2023.

From 1988 to 1992, Kris Encino attended The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
