Linda Swyers has a extensive work experience spanning over several years. Linda began their career at AT&T as a Dispatch/Data Entry/Front Office Manager in 1990 and held various positions within the customer service department. Linda then worked at 800.Com as a Call Center/Operations Manager, where they managed multiple projects and supervised personnel. After that, they joined Xerox FreeColorPrinters as a Customer Care/Inquiry/Operations Manager, where they managed front line program and ensured prompt resolution of order problems and technical support issues. Linda then joined WebTrends as a Call Experience/Operations Manager, where they managed specialized teams and served as the primary escalation manager for designated accounts. Currently, they are working at WebTrernds as a Marketing Programs Manager.
