Jessica Kugel

Jessica Kugel is a Senior Digital Product Manager at WEC Energy Group with over two decades of experience in training and development, customer service, and operational management. Responsibilities include developing training solutions for technical systems and customer relations, managing call center operations, and ensuring employee development aligned with business needs. In addition to corporate roles, Jessica serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at Concordia University Wisconsin and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, teaching student success strategies and speech communication, respectively. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and another in Organizational Behavior, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Communication and an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistant Studies.
