Polly Melton Eldringhoff is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and Vice President for Peoples Gas and North Shore Gas at WEC Energy Group since July 2021. Prior to this role, Polly held the position of Director at North Shore Gas from February 2019 to July 2021 and served as Chief of Staff and Director of Strategy & Performance at Peoples Gas from December 2014 to February 2019.
