Alagappan PL is an experienced technical professional specializing in customer engagement solutions and contact center technology. Currently serving as a Technical Lead for UC/CC Cisco/Five9 at Connect since April 2016, Alagappan has a history of involvement in significant migration projects and offers expertise in UCCE. Prior roles include Telecom CC Engineer at Akraya Inc, where Alagappan supported NetApp Inc., and Tier 2 Voice Engineer at STS International Inc., focusing on Cisco IPT and UCCE troubleshooting.
