Steven Fricker has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Steven is currently the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Connect since May 2022, where they previously served as the VP of Sales and Marketing from May 2020 to May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of Acquisition at Sabio from February 2017 to May 2020. Steven also worked as the New Business Sales Director at Logicalis UK from April 2016 to February 2017. Before that, they held the position of Sales Director - Digital at Dimension Data UK, where they set up three new sales operations focused on Client Experience, Digital Workplace, and Advanced Software Services from October 2015 to April 2016. Steven had a long tenure at Dimension Data, where they served in various positions such as Sales Director, NATP Head of Sales, Sales Manager, and Senior Account Manager from September 2013 to October 2015, October 2012 to October 2013, September 2011 to October 2012, and July 2006 to September 2012, respectively. Additionally, they worked as an Account Manager at Omnetica from November 2004 to June 2006, and as part of the Graduate Scheme in Sales and Account Management at Ericsson, Damovo from May 2003 to June 2004. Steven began their career in sales at Computer Associates.
Steven Fricker earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Management and Sociology from Royal Holloway, University of London. Steven attended the university from 1997 to 2000. Afterwards, they pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in European Business and Japanese at the same institution, completing it from 2000 to 2001. In addition, Steven obtained a certification as a SPIN Selling Coach from Huthwaite International in January 2014.
