Spencer Baak

Spencer Baak is a Regional Account Manager for the Midwest at WECS Renewables, overseeing the distribution of wind turbine components with a strong focus on customer service since February 2019. Prior to this role, Spencer worked as a Level 6 Technician at Siemens Gamesa from January 2017 to February 2019, where responsibilities included troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems of wind turbines and performing service and medium voltage switching. Spencer's career began at PTS Travelers as a Service Technician from August 2016 to January 2017, focusing on routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Spencer holds an Associate's degree in Wind Energy and Turbine Technology from Iowa Lakes Community College, completed between 2008 and 2010.
