Harsh Khurana, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. Harsh began their career in 2011 as a Manager at Voya Investment Management. In 2014, they moved to PGIM Investments as a Manager. In 2015, they joined New Mountain Capital as an Analyst. In 2018, they became the CEO of HK Vantage Inc. and also took on the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer at Obillex. In 2019, they were a Founder In Residence at Antler. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Cultivate US.

Harsh Khurana, CFA obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance, Math, and Economics from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Harsh then obtained their CFA Charterholder certification from the CFA Institute between 2013 and 2015. Additionally, they obtained their Series 24, Series 66, and Series 7 certifications in January 2011, and their Chartered Financial Analyst certification in May 2011.
